At night you can eat foods that have a low carbohydrate like vegetables or fruits because at night your body can't optimally digest food.

Every day you should consume 2 liters of mineral water because mineral water can help facilitate the digestive system, slow the growth of cancer, and make your body always fresh.
o Routine sport
Routine sport can help your body always fresh, make your body remains stable, prevent many diseases and help you to keep your weight.

Adequate rest can make your body relaxed from your exhausting activity. Adequate rest can keep your energy and make you fresh every day.

Cigarettes contain nicotine which can cause a dangerous rise of the hormone adrenaline from the kidney of children that causes increased blood pressure and cholesterol levels in blood, as well as the occurrence of heart attack.
